  • 仕事内容

    • Oversee all HR activities across the operations; recruitment, ER, manpower planning, training & development, compensation & benefits, and all other HR related activities to support the business needs.
    • Supervise HR staff on review payroll calculations includes Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowances, PND.1, SSF, deduction, expats related handling, etc.
    • Create monthly reports with data analysis relating to HR for Management (attendance, leave record, etc.)
    • Create agreements, forms, notices, rules & regulations including review and revise for improvement.
    • Support and be contact point for government units relating to employee and company; DSD, Labor Dept., SSO, etc.
    • Control and manage PDPA process, update It from time to time as required by law.
    • Be contact point of employees for giving advice, information, detail upon employees' requirement.
    • Ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.

  • 応募条件

    * Must:
    - Bachelor degree required
    - About 5 years of work experience in in HRM/HRD; recruiting, payroll, training, labor law, employee relations, etc./ Admin.; data record, expats handling, contact government, VISA & Work Permit, etc.
    - Require English skill

    * Advantage
    * HRIS software; HumanOS, Workday, Bplus HRM or any similar. Experience in using HumanOS will be an advantage.
