    - Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.

  • 応募条件

    - Age 35-45 Years
    - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field or master’s degree is preferred.
    - Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
    - Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management
    - Proficiency in all engineering tools
    - Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
    - Strong leadership and team management skills
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
    - People and Organization management
    - Fluent oral and written communication in English is necessary.
