    JOB SUMMARY:
    - Lead process development team to design, develop and debug machines, including recommend Process Engineering based on innovation of new technology.
    - Responsible on planning on machine implementation, using outsource to achieve manufacturing quality and meet timeline.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Manage processes development team
    - Provide technical suggestion to the team to ensure development success.
    - Conduct process development projects and recommend process changes to Equipment Engineering and
    Process Engineering.
    - Conduct standardize of the software/hardware development for performance and production friendly.
    - Creatively think and deliver of new technology to improve suspension manufacturing process
    - Coordinate and control outsource to deliver machines with required quality and meet schedule

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - BA/MBA in in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related fields
    - 10-15 years of experiences as Manufacturing software/hardware development for performance and production line especially Electrical Hardisk drive Project or related.
    - Good English communication skill
    - Strong leadership type of person, and managerial skills set
    - Great personality and able to work at Ayuttaya location
