  - Real-estate Contracts managements
  - Hotel Joint Venture contracts and regulation confirmation and managements
  - Negotiate contract terms
  - Front office operations coordination
  - Food & Beverage (F&B) operations coordination
  - Marketing and sales operations coordination
  - Administrative tasks (HR, finance, legal, safety) coordination
  - Facility management coordination
  - IT system coordination (reservation systems, guest service technologies, data management)
  - Adjustment of contractual terms for other related projects
  - Other tasks assigned
