  • Job Description

    - Manage commercial relationships with Landlords, real estate agencies, licensing, and government authorities.
    - Set up feasibility study on new store opening, relocation, renovation, renewal and closure of existing store then conduct entire approval process.
    - Negotiate lease agreement based on company policy and direction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Experience: At least 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Retail industry.
    Skills: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    - Good in both written and oral English
