• Job Description

  -Leading role in the review of contracts, bids, tenders and documents including preparing, structuring, reviewing, revising and drafting
  commercial contracts in a timely manner..
  -Assist in preparing, structuring, reviewing, revising and drafting of region-wide agreements, including but not limited to agreements relating to supply, collaboration and partnerships and such other agreements as may be designated by the Regional Head of Legal & Compliance.
  -Advise stakeholders on contracts, dispute or other business concerns arising from day-to-day business activities
  (i.e. employment dispute, non-compliance, data protection, demand letter, claims against customers and suppliers, etc.).
  -Assist in negotiating contracts.
  -Develop and implement contract and document templates and contracts management process
  -Research, analyze and keep abreast of applicable new laws and regulations and reported prosecution cases on areas of interest.
  -Monitoring and testing of compliance.
  -Develop and deliver legal and compliance training.
  -Maintain a legal library of contract and document templates, legal and regulatory research done and advice given.
  -Maintain repositories of compliance policies and procedures, training materials, training records, and compliance administration
  -Responsible for legal and compliance reporting to stakeholders.
