  [Summary]
  Responsible all activities associated with export Operations. To ensure a smooth export procedure, coordinate with offices, warehouses, service representatives, government agencies, insurance companies, and banks. To compute the cost of the product, send the expense to the accounting department.
  
  [Responsibilities]
  - Receive request for export shipment from Sales department.
  - Monitoring and controlling logistics costs for export activities, insurance or other related expenses.
  - Update export cost or other related expenses to sales department for calculate selling price.
  - Negotiate rates with vendors and agents.
  - Managing ocean freight FCL, LCL, air freight, courier and tuck bookings with service providers to export shipment.
  - Check L/C document
  - Prepare the necessary details to Accounting department for issuing Bank Application to issuing bank.
  - Send the original document which L/C required to issuing bank and client.
  - Issue and control export document.
  - Update export shipment progress to sales department, accounting department and overseas client.
  - Deliver the original completed set of export document to client by courier.
  - Update approved cost data for analysis to broker for issuing privilege form (i.e. FORM D, FORM E, FORM JETPA, etc.)
  - Request expenses from the customs broker or the person who handled the shipment, and send them to the accounting department to be costed.
  - Resolving problems with transportation, customs formality, customer or vender issues and report to Logistics Manager.
  - Having overall responsibility for “EXPORT SHIPMENT PROCESS”
