  Account Payable
  - Prepare tax report and tax filling, i.e. Value Added Tax and contact with the revenue department to get double tax treaty certificate.
  - Prepare journalizing and vouchers all expenses, all accounting payable.
  - Reconcile the records with general ledger for monthly closing.
  
  Cashier
  - Supervise the planning of Job function for cashier staff control petty cash.
  - Prepare journalizing and vouchers, records advance to/from employee.
  - Prepare all payment to supplier domestic & overseas by check and media clearing.
  
  Costing
  - Calculation of material costing, incl. Standard material cost comparing with the actual. Provide the detail cost of finished goods and work in process.
  - Preparation of standard cost versus actual, including purchase price variance, volume variance, efficiency variance.
  - Prepare and reconcile detail balance of Balance sheet, General Ledger.
