  1. Business Applications Support: Provide support for key business applications, including ERP, HR, purchasing, and financial systems. Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  2. ERP System Maintenance: Support and maintain the ERP system, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and making minor updates to enhance functionality.
  3. In-House Software Support: Debug and maintain in-house applications developed with VB.Net. Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely, implementing necessary improvements based on business needs.
  4. Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems. Maintain thorough documentation of processes and system changes.
  5. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on business applications and ERP systems, creating training materials and conducting sessions as necessary.
