  - Achieve company‘s sales budget through sales team
  - Assist Sales Manager to set and achieve annual sales target and sales plan of each sales area
  - Assist individual sales representative to implement and develop their individual sales plan for each customer and closely follow up
  - Provide timely consult/ decision/ corrective action and coaching to sales team
  - Establish close contact with key customers
  - Contribute to develop company sales and teamwork
  - Implement sales promotion and strategy through sales team
