    -Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution.
    -Preparing production and delivery documents for customers.
    -Reporting customer meetings, including production volumes and customer activity updates, to supervisors.
    -Performing other sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Proficiency in Japanese: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently. JLPT certification is not required, but would be a plus.
    -Proficiency in English: Ability to understand basic English, but not a primary requirement.
    -Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales and planning product deliveries to customers.
    -Additional preference: Experience in a Coil Center will be considered an advantage.
