Job Description

- Calculate purchasing quantity from customer long term forecast to fulfill customer monthly production- Monitor customer order fluctuation and adjust purchase quantity to match with customer demand- Perform purchase order to suppliers as per monthly- Follow up with the suppliers for delivery schedule to maintain the shipping schedule as plan- Contact Logistics department to proceed Import Customs- Clearance and inform to Warehouse department about arrival schedule of cargo- Control purchasing prices and update as per pricing rule- Control Privilege and import regulation as per require- Prepare and recheck CBD & Quotation and update to customer- Receive order from customer and inform to Warehouse- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations- Issue tax invoice and get payment from A/R on time- Receive forecast and important marketing data for Sales budgeting and monthly report department for prepare delivery as per request- Inventory control and report in monthly basis- Operate correspondence with customers/suppliers to solve the problems with short time to be met their satisfaction.- Perform any statutory and regulatory assignment from leader or authorization person- Daily problem solving to maintain smooth operation
