Job Description
In the “Cloud Business,” we work to solve our clients' organizational issues.
We support our clients in preparing surveys, sharing results, reporting, and making improvements in order to conduct surveys of employees within their companies.
- Design survey schedule to solve client's organizational issues
- Supporting clients and setting up systems before and after survey implementation.
- Provide various types of support for improvement and respond to questions.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- At least 2 years experience in customer success/support
- Good command of English (Business Level)
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
