    • Control and implementation of departmental plans and policy development
    • Control quality control of parts and inspection with all suppliers.
    • Attendance at customer site for quality of prototype deliverables and promotion of modifications.
    • Measurement and monitoring, supplier feedback and process improvement approaches.
    • Controlling operations according to quality systems (ANPQP, ASQM, 4M, etc.)
    • Reviewing the Engineering Drawing and Specification.
    • Check report on results of tests and experiments based on drawings.
    • Reviewing creating methods to modify tooling in case of VA/VE and yield.
    • Supporting Cost Reduction Activity and KPI Activity.
    • Reviewing Engineering changes (New Model, Design Change, Process Change or Factory Change).
    • Responsible for duties assigned by GM.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering)
    • At least 5 years' experience as Quality Assurance or Engineer in Automotive Industry.
    • Have been in a supervisory position or above for more than 5 years.
    • Good command in English (Japanese is a plus)
    • Have knowledge of Engineering in Automotive Industry, Cost Reduction Activity, VA/VE, Quality
    • Assurance and Problem Solving.
    • Familiar with ANPQP.
