• Job Description

  Manage daily logistics operations, handle and process daily delivery, goods tracking and logistics arrangement
  • Support in sourcing new logistics partners and warehouse audit
  • Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external parties, such as, warehouse, 3PL service provider, freight forwarders, overseas buyers etc. to ensure on time delivery.
  • Work closely with inventory planner to ensure products are sufficient to fulfil market demand
  • Prepare and compose different logistics cost reports, stock take report or inventory reconciliation and analysis report.
  • support logistics manager to develop policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous efficiency improvement.
  • Provide necessary operation support through liaising with factories, forwarders, and other internal parties, such as sample parcel clearance
  • Handle import and export declaration and related work
  • Maintain system database related to the shipping schedule.
  • Work with overseas logistics colleagues on daily problem solving
  • Perform regulatory research, support on import product registration and maintain legal compliance
  • Work closely with entire supply chain team to expand our distribution network in a cost effective way
  • Create and provide logistics solutions for our internal and external customers
  • Handle ad hoc projects or assignments as required by the management.
