Job Description

1.Human Resources- Full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, orientation and payroll.- Oversee staff attendance, leave applications, employees file and database, all sensitive information of employees and company- Manage the compensation and benefits program: payroll, income tax, insurances, funds, allowances and other related.- Establish and maintain effective training and development system- Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices- To support and coordinate with Japanese expats.2.General Affair- Oversee office supplies and services such as housekeeping service, stationery, building access card, staff business card, reception, office layout.- Car arrangement - company car permission, car maintenance, parking, passes and gasoline card, car rental and leasing fee and insurance- Make flight and hotel reservations for sales staff who have to work abroad.- Handle visa and work permit matters - Reception and arrangement of guests and visitors such as driver arrangement, hotel reservation, air ticket, etc.- IT supports and office tech- setting e-mail, pc, telephone lines, photocopier, shredding machine, etc.- Control the employee to comply with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations in working according to the specified standards.- Suggesting, solving useful problems in order to make the operation as efficient and effective as possible.- Develop personnel in the unit to be able to work efficiently and effectiveness.- Check the work of all employees to understand the role, their duties as well.- Performance report, problems of the section to the commander.- Growing good conscience in being a part of the organization, working safety, quality teamwork- Any other function that requires by commander.Working Relationship- Organization: All department to related- Business Unit: Government and company to related
