  • Job Description

    - Supervise, oversee, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
    - Plan and follow up on ongoing work and attend meetings with relevant departments.
    - Review in-process inspections, 4M changes, special acceptances, and other checks.
    - Analyze prohibited substances according to RoHS standards (only for designated personnel).
    - Ensure compliance with quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, and ISM.
    - Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements (related procedures) and company regulations.
    - Conduct monthly quality meetings (Q-up FG).Provide training to subordinates according to the topics specified in the OJT standard.
    - Participate in company activities such as CB, 5S activities, QCC, KYT, WIT, Safety, and others.
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any field.
    - English: Conversational Level
    - Have experience 5 years up in Process Engineer (Must), Quality control, Quality Assurance
    - Have experience in Quality control, Quality Assurance or Process Engineer.
    - Have computer skill Word Excel and power point
