  - Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements (Customer journey map, Customer pain points, Solution idea list, Technical information)
  - Leading and overseeing the discovery process and development process to bring the best of different roles of team members capabilities (Designer, Developers)
  - Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the project vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  - Managing and prioritizing project items based on changing requirements (Project management)
  - Monitoring and evaluating project progress at each stage of the process and identifying the areas of improvement.
  - Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that project management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
