    Responsibilities:
    - Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
    - Design solutions that meet business requirements and align with Salesforce best practices
    - Develop functional specifications and user stories
    - Configure Salesforce applications using point-and-click tools and declarative features
    - Perform data analysis and manipulation to support business needs
    - Provide ongoing support to the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting issues and resolving defects
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
    - Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
    - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 1+ years of experience proposing or implementing solutions such as CRM,BI, BPM, etc., as a pre-sales, consultant, or in-house PM
    - Good command of English (Business Level)

    【Advantage】
    - Logical thinking skills and the ability to see the big picture.
    - Interest in solving business challenges using IT, especially SaaS.
    - Ability to proactively gather information on customer challenges and can run a hypothesis verification process based on the information gathered.
