  <Export operation>
  1.Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
  2.Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors.
  3.Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements.
  4.Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements co-working with SCM Department.
  5.Monitor distributor performance and guide and support them to achieve our sales target.
  
  <Strategy planning and channel developments>
  1.Develop and implement export strategies to maximize sales and profit.
  2.Research export business potential and plan strategy to realize export business growth.
  3.Establish distribution network in the targeted country, and lead partnership negotiation to realize proper business operation, including business condition (Contract) setting.
