Vacancy; They would like to hire a potential leader candidate who is willing to work long-term and act as a bridge between Thailand and Japan as a future leader.
[Job summary]
<HR tasks: 50%>
- Manage recruitment processes including conducting interviews, both in Japanese and Thai
- Coordinate and conduct employee training programs, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires
- Plan and implement company regulations, ensuring compliance and effective communication across departments
- Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new employees, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the company
- Assist in planning and executing company regulations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
<Interpreter tasks: 50%>
- Act as an interpreter between Japanese expatriates and the HR department, facilitating effective communication
- Provide interpretation during recruitment interviews and other HR-related meetings between Japanese and Thai stakeholders
- Translate educational materials and regulatory notifications from Japanese to Thai and vice versa
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Male or Female, age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- 2 years experience in HR fields, especially Recruitment or Training
- Japanese N2 or above
- English Communicative levelEnglish Level
Level 4 - Conversational Level
