  • Job Description

    - Handle Import-Export Shipment (Sea & Air)
    - Coordinate with shipping line for submit manifest and follow up expenses.
    - Coordinate with oversea branches such as China, Vietnam, USA and Japan.
    - Make reservation for air / sea shipment with carrier / shipping line.
    - Coordinate with customer and vendors and concerned parties for customs process.
    - Preparing voucher and billing invoice to vendor or customer.
    - Other related.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor degree in International business (Import / Export) or related field.
    - At least 3 years’ experience in import / export in freight forwarder.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coordination, responsibility, and teamwork.
    - Fluent in spoken and written English, and in either Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above)
    - Having basic computer skill (MS Word / Excel / Outlook)
