• Job Description

  - Responsible for process planning, fixture and gauges design and CNC programming for the manufacturing of engine casings.
  - He / She will be working with different departments to resolve manufacturing issues and improve existing manufacturing processes in order to achieve production throughput and productivity improvements.
  - Provide technical support to production and ensure that it meets production target on quality and on-time delivery.
  - Lead, facilitate, execute and manage process improvement projects using lean six sigma techniques and tools to achieve process yield, cycle time reduction and productivity
  - Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analyses to promote efficient labor and equipment utilization without compromising on quality standards
  - Determine root cause and corrective action analyses for machine or quality issues that arise during production
  - Liaise with customers on development & improvement of process, material and equipment capabilities.
  - Perform process planning and fixture & gauge designs
  - Create and manage Bill of Material (BOM), operation routing and work instructions
