• Job Description

  1. Financial Operations and Reporting:
  - Managing the preparation of financial reports for the entire group, to be presented to management and submitted to external entities such as the SET within the specified timeframe.
  - Supervising the accuracy and timeliness of account closures.
  - Controlling transaction-level accounting processes from supporting documents to account recording, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  - Continuously improving processes and methods to reduce time and work costs, adding value to the work.
  
  2. Tax and Other Regulations:
  - Ensuring compliance with tax obligations within the specified timeframe, including document verification, tax calculation, VAT reporting, data recording in the system, and report inspection.
  - Planning taxes for the group companies based on operational results and estimates discussed with management.
  - Maintaining good relationships with government agencies.
  
  3.Budget Control:
  - Overseeing the preparation of the annual budget and reviewing budget adjustments during the year (post-production season), presenting it to management for the next steps in the approval process.
  - Monitoring budget usage and reporting to relevant departments.
  - Preparing budget reports and analyzing changes impacting income, cost, and operational results.
  - Providing data and analysis on costs for management decision-making.
  
  4. Finance & Treasury:
  - Managing the working capital of the group to maintain liquidity effectively.
  - Sourcing financing with appropriate financial costs to support operations and projects.
  - Managing funds efficiently to ensure financial costs are reasonable compared to industry peers.
  - Maintaining good relationships with financial institutions.
  
  5. Financial Strategy & Investment Management:
  - Compiling data and preparing business plans to be presented to management, providing strategic direction for business planning.
  - Coordinating with all departments to set organizational goals and translating them into actionable plans.
  - Managing projects according to financial objectives and evaluating their performance.
  - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial policies and procedures.
  - Communicating with investors (Investor Relations).
