  • Job Description

    - Collaborate with executives and the product sales team (PST) to establish marketing and sales policies.
    - Strategize marketing plans in alignment with business directions: Domestic and international sugar sales, Ethanol sales, and Sales of by-products and other products
    - Coordinate with various departmental teams on projects to reduce sales costs.
    - Plan warehouse management in collaboration with relevant departments.
    - Monitor industry changes in the sugarcane and sugar markets both domestically and globally, adjusting strategies to optimize pricing and quantity.
    - Track developments in the ethanol industry and related sectors, adapting strategies for product pricing.
    - Analyze data to understand customer needs, product standards, and market share, defining competitive strategies.
    - Design and determine the structure and workforce of the marketing department to effectively support business goals.
    - Oversee marketing operations and staff, promoting continuous professional development.
    - Ensure marketing and product sales operations align with policies, strategies, laws, and regulations.
    - Represent the company in product sales negotiations, enhancing the company's image and customer satisfaction.
    - Oversee contract negotiations to maximize benefits.
    - Supervise after-sales services, handling complaints and product issues efficiently, coordinating with production units, and reporting to the sales team.
    - Promote continuous improvement of marketing systems for operational efficiency, providing accurate data for optimal decision-making.
    - Manage the marketing department's budget.
    - Oversee the establishment of the marketing department's operational authority.
    - Review and summarize marketing, sales, and delivery reports for executive presentation.
    - Attend meetings to present operational results and propose marketing activities to the executive committee.
    - Analyze and plan product manufacturing using break-even analysis to maximize company profits.
    - Source tools and systems for efficient product sales, especially for sugar, ensuring timely and agile operations (e.g., price monitoring systems, hedging methods).
    - Collaborate with the business development department to analyze and plan marketing strategies for new products.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    - At least 10 years of experience in marketing management or executive roles.
    - Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
    - Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
    - Knowledgeable in warehouse management.
    - Excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
