  • Job Description

    -Evaluating and executing investment opportunities.
    -Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry related operating metrics.
    -Understand investment appraisal techniques like NPV, DCF, IRR.
    -Ensuring accurate financial modeling of investment opportunities and/or developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.
    -Gather information from both internal and external sources and develop ranges and forecasts of financial outcomes for individual strategic opportunities.
    -Analyzing and identifying data requirements related to derivation rules and model tracking.
    -Oversight of transaction due diligence.
    -Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks
    -Use Excel to produce high-quality spreadsheets and reports.
    -Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields
    -3- 5 experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance
    -Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as DCF and financial statements
    -Strong Microsoft Excel skill for financial modeling and data analytics.
    -Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
