  Summary ：
  PMC (Production, Material, and Control) Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating production planning, material requirements, and control processes within a manufacturing or production environment.
  Strong communication skills are also required to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders, in addition to skills in production planning, inventory management, and problem-solving.
  
  ＜Job Description＞
  - Production Planning and create a production schedule based on market orders and inventory status.
  - Planning of material demand
  - Manage the progress of material procurement and secure materials required for production.
  - Timely adjustment of material shortages.
  - Material and inventory management: count material consumption and track inventory levels
  - Prepare and provide material reports and other information.
  - Create daily, weekly, and monthly production reports based on production progress
  - Follow up on problems and anomalies in materials and production planning
  - Report problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
  - Other duties as requested by management.
