    [Business] Press Part Manufacturer
    [Product] Pressing and welding of components for automotive (100%)
    [Customer] Tier 1

    - Production management to achieve targets
    - Primary response to quality issues
    - Plan and manage manpower (OT, holiday work)
    - Able to drive internal improvements
    - Quality standards management
    - Identify and improve manufacturing processes
    - Solve problems that occur in the production process and prevent recurrence
    - Control of production costs
    - Support and advice on factory process improvement activities
    - Manage production efficiency and processes with minimal resources
    - Liaise with related departments
    - Manage inventory and materials
    - Other duties as directed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - At least 7 years experience in production as manager or assistant manager level in same industry (Press Part Manufacturer)
    - Knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production System) and have experience by self
    - Good command of English
    - Driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Production Manager experience in a large company
    - Applied knowledge of TPM, TQM, QCC, VA/VE, LEAN, etc.
    - IATF 16949 internal audit experience
