• Job Description

  1. Search for new customers especially Chinese/Taiwanese.
  2. Visit mainly new customers and existing customers within the assigned territory.
  3. Support customers question problems with service products and request technical support in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Coordinate with departments within the organization, sales, accounting and production department, and technical support to solve customer problems and create customer satisfaction.
  5. Analyze customer information, update database and reports to track customer response and service performance
  6. Update relevant information industry trends and company policy to provide information at accurate and relevant to customers
  7. Coordinate with customers and go to work areas.
  8. Other tasks as assigned
