  • Job Description

    - Receive, order plan and process customer orders and forecasts.
    - Process shipping instructions, invoices and packing lists
    - Review and check import/export documentation
    - Monitor customer and factory order and shipment status on schedule.
    - Communicate order and shipment status between factories, customers, and service providers
    - Communication between company group and customers regarding individual programs
    - Customer support and sales documentation correspondence (filing)
    - Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree
    - At least 4 years of experience working for a Japanese company (Logistic is preferable )
    - English: Conversation Lv. Up
    - JLPT 3 Up (Speaking,Writing, Reading has to be proficient)
    - Can commute by own

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in Logistic industly
    - JLPT 1

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English, Japanese
