  • Draft and review legal contracts, agreements, documents, legal advice for clients in various matters in both Thai and English languages.
  • Provide legal memorandum, advice and opinion on legal risks and opportunities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for client and the firm, including explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, analyze precedents, statues, regulations, and other legal authorities to provide accurate legal advice.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associate and support staffs and provide guidance on legal strategies and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and participate in marketing and business development activities.
  • Stay updated on legal developments, trends, and best practices through ongoing professional development activities, including attending seminars, conferences, and workshops.
