  - Manage costs in maintenance and production processes to stay within budget.

  - Resolving problems that arise in the production process and equipment.
  - Planning and implementation of new equipment installation and production line improvement projects.
  - Project progress monitoring and management.
  - Ensure safety in the workplace and production environment.
  - Analyzes and reports production data and maintenance performance.
  - Report problems and suggestions for improvement to upper management.
  - Other duties as requested.
