  Client Management
  -Masters the after sales process
  -Ensures best client experience in-store everyday
  -Masters the store's CRM database
  -Conducts CRM strategy & KPI monitoring
  
  Sales Management
  -Builds the success of the core collection as a top priority
  -Ensures best sellers & good stock availability
  -Defines store business plan including CRM, Marketing & other tools
  -Sets individual & Team sales targets
  -Ensures good knowledge of competition & environment
  -Monitors sales KPIs
  -Defines relevant action plans
  -Ensures selling techniques are mastered by the team
