  - Assist in the planning, operation, and maintenance of building facilities and systems
  - Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety of facilities
  - Support the design and implementation of improvement projects for facility efficiency
  - Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for repairs and maintenance
  - Monitor and manage utility consumption to ensure cost-effectiveness
  - Prepare reports and documentation related to facility management
  - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
