  Sourcing Specialist Manager/or Sourcing Manager
  
  Responsibilities :
   Manage the company's overall sourcing strategy
   Evaluating sourcing procedures and presenting improvement strategies to top management for approval.
   Analyzing and calculating purchasing costs and developing cost reduction strategies.
   Driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends.
   Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.
   Collaborating with the purchasing department to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities.
   Supplier quality performance report analysis
   Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts.
   Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong vendors
   Develop creative, value-focused sourcing strategies in line with business needs
   Professionally manage and measure suppliers for continuous performance and improvement.
   Plan and monitor to apply of new technology supporting department/ unit goal
   Identify material issues from faulty/damaged returns quality data and work with suppliers to claim and improve quality
   Follow up on any QA inspection, rejections, and actions
   Follow the business calendar timeline to assure the operations of a team
   Develop a yearly budget depending on sourcing needs
