    - Coordinates with and review Cost/Schedule Engineers for reporting of construction progress, cost and schedule status.
    - Calculation of construction costs related to new properties
    - Maintenance of existing stores and facilities management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering,Estate,Construction, Architect or equivalent
    - Experienced in project management (shop,restaurant,hotel,condominium etc.)
    - Good command of English
    - Have driving license (Using own car is advantage)

    【Advantage】
    - Engineer experience in a subcontractor
    ‐ Experience in facility management
