    [Main business]
    Network and System support in Thailand and ASEAN countries

    [Job summary]
    - Support global customers regarding incident, inquiry and request issues
    - Coordinate and be the contact point for global support teams in order to fulfill customer requirements
    - Escalate and follow up issues/projects with all related parties by call and email
    - Case management (create, follow up, close, etc) with ticket system
    - Document and email translation (English -> Japanese, Japanese -> English)

    [Remark]
    - 24 hours shift (core time: 7:00-16:00, 8:00-17:00)
    - Night shift: 1 week a month
    - Working on weekend: 1-2 times a month (normally take holiday on weekend and public holiday)
    - 1 year contract (Upon mutual agreement, it is also possible to transition to a full-time employee (depends on performance))

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Female or Male, Age 25-35 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Computer, or related fields
    - Required basic knowledge/usage on MS office, O365
    - Good communication skill
    - English and Japanese in business level (over TOIEC600 / JLPTN2)

    【advantage】
    - Experience with service desk business field will be advantage
    - Experience with IT business field will be advantage
    - Experience with Information Security business field will be an advantage
    - Have basic knowledge and experience of Excel macro, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
