    - Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely and efficient output.
    - Monitor and evaluate production performance to meet quality and safety standards.
    - Analyze production data and provide regular reports to management.
    - Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
    - Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance.
    - Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Polymer Engineering or related field.
    - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, especially in automotive industry.
    - At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
    - At least 3 years of experience with non-woven products and applications is required.
    - Good command of English and computer literacy.
    - Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
