    - Responsible for the Forging Department
    - Developing and executing production schedule based on production plans
    - Leading productivity improvement activities
    - Planning and controlling operation budgets
    - Implementing and developing documents
    - Monitoring daily/weekly production activity

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, 35 - 45 years old
    - Bachelor degree in Engineering.
    - At least 10 years work experience as Forging business.
    - At least 3 years experience and knowledge about the Cold Forging.
    - Management experience(SV or Assistant manager is fine)
    - Communicate in English.

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
