[Job summary]- Medical Strategy Planning and Execute (included budget plan, control, and tracking)- Ensure integration of medical affairs activities into the broader organizational strategy- Taking care all related Medical affairs Activities throughout product life cycle- Collaborate with cross-functional and alliance team to ensure medical input into product development, launch, and post-marketing phases- Provide accurate and up-to-date medical information to external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including responding to inquiries and requests- Develop and implement medical educational programs for internal staff and external stakeholders- Stay updated on scientific and medical advancements relevant to the organization's therapeutic areas- Data generation and publication- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals- Collaborate with HCPs to gather insights, feedback, and expert opinions relevant to the organization's products- Create sponsoring plan and execute sponsorship initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the medical community

[Job summary]- Provide country field-based support from the medical function in order to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.- Act as scientific expert in primary for external stakeholders.- Identify and develop strong sustainable peer-to-peer relationships with external stakeholders especially with key external experts to support the medical/scientific credibility of this company.- Share scientific data, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way.- Work with partners in scientific activities that help advance disease understanding.- Initiate and conduct appropriate staff training & development on information regarding current and emerging clinical data.- Participate in Medical Brand teams to contribute knowledge and needs from the field, give feedback on medical plans and suggest ideas for studies.- To work with an internal cross-functional team on brand strategies and brand plans.
