工作内容
-Work closely with the E-commerce teams: Develop a strong working relationship with teams to understand the business performance of each platform.-Assortment planning and merchandising: Engage in pre-season, in-season, and post-season merchandising activities, considering overall brand -KPIs, sales targets, GP, replenishments and stock transfers as necessary.-Market and competition analysis: Monitor and understand market and competition trends and align with E-commerce teams to fill product gaps, such as gender, category, price, and product type.-SKU efficiency optimization: Work closely with teams and improve SKU efficiency, Average Selling Price (ASP), Units per Transaction (UPT), -Conversion Rate, Sell-Through (ST) Rate across all channels.-Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels through regular sales and sell-through analysis. -Manage discounting of slow-moving stock, including reallocating inventory to the appropriate channels and coordinating if needed.-Reporting and forecasting: Ensure timely submission of reports, forecasts, and Sales Order Forms related to the responsible channel.
