    - Analyze and visualize the skills of engineers.
    - Plan, schedule, and promote education programs for engineers.
    - Collaborate with related departments of the Japan headquarters.
    - Support work efficiency improvement projects.
    (These projects aim to improve work efficiency by utilizing IT and other methods)
    *If possible, please utilize AI for training (creating training data for internal technical documents [data cleansing], applying training to models, verifying results, and starting operations).

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - English: Conversational level up
    - Japanese: N3 up(For collaborate related stakeholders, as well as vendors)
    - Experience in design and development engineer in the home appliance or automotive industry(10 years)
    - Experience in project management (5 years)
    - Management experience as Manager up and practical experience in the education and training of engineers.
    - Work as a playing manager *No assistants will be assigned to support.

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge and experience in CAE (structural analysis, fluid analysis, refrigeration cycle analysis)
    - TOEIC score of 860 or higher.
    - Japanese language:N1-N2
