• 工作内容

  - Managing operation (Import and Export) in the branch complying with Manager’s direction.
  - Ensure all customer requirements have been effected & follows with the standard working procedure.
  - Corporate with factory about manufacturing plan for export and import.
  - Managing and organizing import and export shipments. Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any customer complaints, incidents and irregularities.
  - Operate each shipment independently according to the SOP, prepare shipping documents, arranging all the processes such as booking, trucks, customs clearance and complete shipment information into the system and report to manager or management.
  - Conduct and analyze shipping requirements reports for daily review and follow-up of committed ship and delivery dates with the customer.
  - Personal development plans for direct reports to be reviewed and agreed with the Manger and Management.
  - Management and execution of BOI related matters as a whole.
  - Contacting with government (Thai customs, BOI, Excise department, etc.)
  - Coaching for team, problem-solving.
  - Other related tasks as assigned.
