工作内容
Position: Assistant ManagerProduct: Switchgear, Gas Insulated switchgear, Transformer, etc. - Monitor and identify existing technical service issues and provide improved solutions- Determine resources required for technical service and present findings to General Manager- Create short and long term strategic operational plans to improve service quality and minimise problems in a timely and accurate manner.- Collect and analyse customer issues and reasons for complaints, then develop plans to mitigate them- Supervise and monitor the performance of all technical service personnel. - Monitor the adequacy of maintenance spares and equipment requirements and ensure that the purchase order is executed in accordance with the Procurement Department's purchasing schedule.- Lead and control the performance of the team.- Review, analyse and execute complex technical studies and project scopes.- Prepare quotations for electrical equipment and systems requested by other overseas sales companies.- Site surveys to gather data for design as required.- Witness shop inspection and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).- Site support engineer during construction, erection, testing and commissioning as required.- Maintain good working relationships with internal groups that support the project.- Liaise with departments, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and third parties.- Work with procurement departments to identify quality suppliers.- Organise and participate in inter-disciplinary, group company, customer and supplier meetings for PJ order receiving.- Must be able to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients.- Leadership skills in mentoring and assisting junior engineers in project tasks.- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently as required.- Be responsible for man-hours & schedule monitoring; control & quality of work.
