    - Create and control project schedule.
    - Identify issue and risk, provide action plan to solve issue and mitigate risk and escalate to supervisor in a timely manner.
    - Manage day-to-day project with standard and process.
    -Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
    - Delegate tasks to project team members.
    - Organize project team meetings.
    - Communicate project’s progress to team members and project stakeholders.
    - Help track project milestones and deliverables.
    - Provide administrative support to project team.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business administration or related fields
    - 7 years of experience in IT project management.
    - 3 years of experience in financial institution system.
    -Strong organizational and time management skills.
    - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    - Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
    -Strong English communication and writing skill. (TOEIC 700+)
    - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    (Preferrable)
    - Japanese speaking is a plus. (N3 or higher)
    - Experience in Consumer finance project is a plus.
    - Experience in Japanese industry or Japanese organization is a plus
