  • Coordinate with customers via phone and email
  • Follow up on documents to prepare customs clearance forms
  • Prepare customs declarations and related documents for the import and export of cars and vessels
  • Create and send booking confirmations to customers
  • Prepare and send routing orders to agents
  • Create job sheets and relevant documents for both inbound and outbound shipments for the Sales and Document departments
  • Respond to general inquiries from agents and customers
  • Prepare expense documents, such as D/O exchange fees, tax payment requests, and other related expenses
  • Follow up on documents to finalize expenses, issue B/L documents, and more
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and related parties to confirm shipments and tasks as directed by management
  • Identify and resolve daily operational issues and their root causes as requested
  • Attend meetings to present or evaluate performance and handle other assigned duties
  • Coordinate with customers to provide information, work with Sales on issues, and assist in solving urgent problems for clients.
