工作内容
〇 This position focuses on employees training and recruiting
- Employee development set KPIs, training and appraisals.
- Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, and recruitment.
- Lead, supervise, and conduct human resources (Concentrate on recruitment & education), General
affairs functions (Concentrate on the corporate matters)
- Streamline procurement process, HR process, and other admin related processes relevant to
Headquarter and Group's policy.
- Responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve troubleshooting and internal departments
to smoothen day-to-day operations.
- Stand between Management and employees to enhance mutual understanding and
Circulate appropriate information.
- Execute any admin-related projects per management assignment
资格
应征条件
[Must]
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and compliance
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 650), HR software and Microsoft Office.
