  【Main Duties】
  - Handle purchasing tasks associated with formal and informal purchasing
  - Manage supplier negotiate contract, and the best possible terms for pricing, quality and delivery
  - Screening vendor and Checking background before purchasing or hiring related to Procurement policy.
  - Issue PO, process goods receiving via L/N system.
  - To liaise with relevant department and supplier to complete purchasing process.
  - Preparing coordinate and support payment process between accounting section, supplier.
  - Coordinate and negotiate the propriate price and delivery schedule in order to meet company requirement.
  - Sourcing new suppliers and purchase material for all factory in regional group
  - Negotiating the price and condition of the payment with the vendors.
  - Evaluate the suppliers and coordinate with supplier to complete new supplier registration.
  - Coordinate with other department concerned to develop and evaluate supplier
  - Maintain purchase records and other important data e.g. supplier list.
  - Support audit process both of internal audit and external
  - Other assigned by Management
