  1. Coordinate with delivery section and concern sections about production or trial request and confirm production plan
  2. Make production plan for B, C , D , E line at Chonburi factory
  3. Create and submit operating instruction to production dept. to produce the products as plan
  4. Look at sales forecast and delivery plan, coordinate with relevant stakeholders to create efficient production plan for B, C, D, E line at Chonburi.
  5. Develop and optimize production plans to ensure they align with customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
  6. Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources required for production according to the plan.
  7. Analyze sales and production data to forecast future demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
  Development to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Monitor and evaluate production performance regularly to identify issues and implement process improvements.
  9. Prepare planning reports to outlining performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
