[Hiring reason]Vacancy; They would like to hire a potential leader candidate who is willing to work long-term and act as a bridge between Thailand and Japan as a future leader.[Job summary]<HR tasks: 50%>- Manage recruitment processes including conducting interviews, both in Japanese and Thai - Coordinate and conduct employee training programs, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires- Plan and implement company regulations, ensuring compliance and effective communication across departments- Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new employees, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the company- Assist in planning and executing company regulations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards<Interpreter tasks: 50%>- Act as an interpreter between Japanese expatriates and the HR department, facilitating effective communication- Provide interpretation during recruitment interviews and other HR-related meetings between Japanese and Thai stakeholders- Translate educational materials and regulatory notifications from Japanese to Thai and vice versa
